[ AWX 1.9 131 KM] Trzęsie na wolnych obrotach po wym. pompow

Witam.

Mam taki problemik. Mianowicie auto po zmianie pompowtryskiwaczy na używki ale rzekomo sprawne, po rozgrzaniu silnika trzęsie na wolnych obrotach.

Ma moc i moment bo czuć, ale dymi na czarno przy deptaniu.

Zrobiłem loga z 013, 018 i 023 i wydaje mi się, że coś nie tak jest z 4 pompowtryskiem.

Nie znam się jednak na tyle, żeby być tego pewnym.

Poza tym komputer pokazuje mi kosmiczne zasięgi i niskie spalanie w stylu średnie po mieście 5.3 a zasięg na 3/4 zbiornika po tankowaniu na 1250 km ;]

Proszę o pomoc.

Nie wiem czy karcić mechanika i oddać mu pompowtryskiwacze, czy jest coś nie tak z centralką, bo niby tak mechanik mówi, że jak podłączył inną centralkę to auto chodzi równo a na tej trzęsie.

Póki co nie mogę się z nim spotkać, żeby mi to pokazał wtedy uwierzę więc pytam Was Panowie ( i Panie ? <mysli> )

Korekcje wskazują na milion przebiegu. Pompki do czyszczenia.... ale nie ma gwarancji że będzie lepiej. Po drugie.... BIPy masakra.

Najważniejsze pytanie.... Jakie pompowtryski były w oryginale ? A jakie są teraz ?



Możliwe że tuner Cię uratuje z BIPami. Ale dalej pozostaną korekcje..... Jesteś pewny że pompowtryski zostały założone zgodznie ze sztuką ?? Czyli odpowiednio założone i wyregulowane ?

pierwsza rzecz to sprawdz jakie wtryski miales wczesniej i jakie wlozyles teraz.

wklej logi porzadnie bo g...o widac

zbyt wysokie korekcje i bipy moga swiadczyc ze zamontowane wtryski nie beda wspolpracowac z twoim softem w ECU i konieczna korekcja BIPow.
Ale przedmówca juz wspomnial o tym

Nie mam pojecia jakie były oryginalne, ponieważ mechanik, który zajmował się wcześniej tematem namieszał, poddał się i oddał mi 5 różnych pompek............. przez to jestem w ciemnej d..e jeśli chodzi o te które były.

Wg nru nadwozia powinny być 038 130 073 BA lub FA (sprawdził Pan w serwisie audi po podaniu nru nadwozia) i zakładam, że takie właśnie były.

jakie są teraz - nie wiem, ustalam. ale pewnie przez to ten bajzel.

Czy są ustawione zgodnie ze sztuką - zakładam, że tak.
Mechanik mówił, że teraz czeka mnie wydatek rzędu 500 do 1000 zł bo trzeba wysłać centralkę do wgrania nowego softu. pewnie kupił wtryski inne do 130km i eku juz nie gra tak jak piszecie. Czy można to jakoś taniej ogarnąć i czy opłaca się zostawiać te wtryski i zmieniac soft ecu ?

Czy nie jest tak, że przez to że eku nie wspolpracuje z tymi pompowtryskiwaczami, wskazania 013 018 i 023 są kosmiczne a nie dlatego, że pompki wyjechane?

Zastanawiam się czego wymagać teraz od mechanika, czy tego, żeby udowodnił mi, że te pompki są dobre podkładając centralkę od nich i sprawdzając wyniki na Vasie w serwisie (a mówił mi, że ma taką centralkę na której auto bardzo ładnie i równiutko chodzi i miał mi to pokazać) czy oddac mu te pompki i powiedziec ze ma kupic 038 130 073 BA lub FA .... nie wiem jak podejsc.
Tteoretycznie sam mu podałem modele do 130KM. istnieje szansa ze kupil inne niz 038 130 073 BA lub FA....

Jak jesteś z Poznania.. to podjedz sobie do firmy TUNEFORCE i oni Ci to ogarną. Bez żadnego wysyłania ECU na jakiegoś gotowca..

Tylko te korekcje... Są baaardzo kiepskie. Pamiętam że u mnie regulacja trochę pomogła.. ale zaznaczam że tylko trochę.

Ja bym kazał wymontować... zamontować stare pompowtryskiwacze - no i kase oddać. Natychmiast pojechał bym do innego kumatego mechanika (na Twoim miejscu.... bo ja bym sam grzebał).

Albo tak jak piszesz... podepnijcie jego ECU i sprawdzcie parametry (nie tylko statystycznie ale też dynamicznie). Jak będzie OK.... To powinieneś to ECU dostać od niego za darmo - przecież to jego wina że zamontował byle co miał pod ręką więc niech płaci za błędy. Obyś tylko miał wszystkie pompki z taką samą końcówką...



aha... zapomniałbym.

grupa 013 wskazuje sprawność można by powiedzieć mechaniczną popowtryskiwacza. I tak np wartości ujemne wskazują na to że końcówka leje.

grupa 018 wskazuje tryb pracy pompowtryskiwaczy ale również błędy.
masz tam w pewnym momencie wartość 4.0 a to oznacza małą ilość wtryskiwanego paliwa lub zawóry zamknięte. Kwestia pewnie łączy się z wysokimi bipami i nie jest jakoś bardzo poważna. Zrobisz korektę programu - powinno być ok. Inną przyczyną tego błędu może być problem z paliwem. Wymieniałeś może filtr paliwa ?

grupa 023 - bipy. Na to tylko korekta programu.... Choć jeśli pomki słabe to bipy i tak pozostaną wysokie.

Także spróbuj z podmianą ECU i sprawdz parametry. Jesli dalej będzie kijowo... program. A u tunera dowiesz się odrazu... czy mechanik nie wcisnął Ci jakiegoś szrotu.

ÂŹle przeczytałem. końcówka FX, pompowtrysk, który otrzymujesz w serwisie audi przy wymianie z BA.

Dzięki za namiar na TuneForce.
Chyba pierwsze co zrobie to we wtorek spróbuje się z nimi umówić.
Dopiero potem rozmówię się z mechanikiem.

Może pompki nie są mocno zorane.

Filtra paliwa nie wymieniałem.

Spróbuje zmienić sobie sam jakoś we wtorek.

Zanim skreśliłem pompowtryski sprawdziłem inny komputer - który zresztą teraz posiadam. Swoją drogą po CHIPIE na 180KM ;]
