Witam serdecznie koledzy! Przepraszam za błędne Polski. Daj mi link jak zmienić MP3 changer na CD-changer. A6 C6. MMI basic plus. POZDRAWIAM i z góry dziękuję za pomoc!

Just remove ordinary CD changer (4e0035111x unit), put instead of it MP3 unit (4e0035110x unit). Electrical and fibre optic connectors and connections are the same.
At the end - go to Audi dealer to remove component protection of MP3 unit.

If you have proper electronic skill and lots of free time - you can take both: CD and MP3 players, find memory (some 2x4pins as I can guess), read content of them in some programmer, compare and finally - find a place where VIN is coded
Otherwise - visit Audi service and pay them for that (what I suggest... - it's easier and much faster... 8-) ).
